Tours

Casablanca also offers a variety of tours that can be arranged at the hotel.

Check out local attractions like the market where you can buy foods from the area and then go back to the hotel for a cooking lesson showing how to prepare your finds.

Other local attractions include: AmaZOOnico Wildlife Rescue Center, Misahualli (famous for its monkeys), the Latas Waterfall, and El Arca Zoo.

Adventure tours are also available. You can go enjoy the rivers in a canoe, raft or inflatable kayak. Visit the jungle and see how the local Kichwa people live. See how chicha (a local fermented drink) and chocolate are made. Check out the caves in the area.

Take a taxi to “Aeropuerto Dos” and mention the “Academia Jose Pelaez.” You will be able to see the hotel from the school.

Taxi cost: $1 from the area near the bridges or $1.50 from the bus terminal
